How do I contact Shoptrak?
To contact us by email, simply click here or click the "Contact" link at the top or bottom of our home page. We can be reached by telephone at 1-800-624-5530. Outside the U.S. our 800 line may not work, in that case call 651-690-2722. Our mailing address is 95 Wheeler Street South, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55105.
What are my payment options?
Current U.S. Customers with an open credit account and payment history in good standing may submit their orders to be billed via U.S. mail. The option for such customers to enter a purchase order number will be available during the check-out process. If you do not have an open credit account, you may use any major credit card. Because of currency differences, Canadian customers must remit by credit card only. For countries outside the U.S. and Canada, please email your inquiries using the "Contact" link at the top or bottom of the screen. A representative will contact you with further details. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
How do I find items and place an order?
To find items to order, simply browse by category using any of the links on the home page. You can also use the search box in the upper left corner to find items by key word(s) or item ID. Once you have found an item, click the item heading or image to view details about that item (there will also be links to related imtems at the bottom of the screen). Enter the quantity/quantities required. Certain items will have simple instructions to follow. Click the "Cart" or "View Cart" links at any time to view or remove items in your shopping cart. Follow the links in your shopping cart to complete your order (also see: creating an account, payment, and shipping FAQ's in this list).
How do I create my own account?
For your convenience, you have the option of creating a login account, however, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order. Creating an account will save your shipping and billing information for the next time you order. Your account will also save your order history for a period of time. To create your own account, click the registration link in the upper left corner. To view your order history, click the "My Account" link at the top of the screen. Credit card information is never saved.
What if I need a customized order?
If you need a text only custom imprint, customizable items will have a text box in which to enter your information. If you have a logo to be imprinted, please indicate so in the text box. Logos should be in pdf, jpg, tif, or eps format. Click here to email clear resolution logos in electronic format. Logos on letterheads or business cards can be mailed to us as 95 Wheeler Street South, St. Paul, MN, 55105. Most custom static cling stickers can be imprinted in up to 2 of 3 colors--red, black or blue--at no extra cost. Please follow the simple instructions for your custom item & indicate colors in the text box. If you require custom or additional colors, please call or email us (see contact information). Other items not indicated as such may be customizable, please contact us for details.

Freight & Shipping?
For U.S. and Canadian customers, freight charges can be calculated for your order at check-out time. All customers have the option of selecting manual freight calculation. A representative will calculate the freight charges, bill your credit card and/or mail an invoice with the total charges (please see the "Payment Options" FAQ in this list). Our items are shipped via U.P.S ground rate by default. Other carriers may be used under special conditions. We also offer expedited shipping options for your convenience. Before selecting any expedited shipping, make sure to check the U.P.S. delivery schedule map by clicking the "Shipping Info" link at the top or bottom of the screen. If you require an item immediately, please call for availability and time requirement-- some items are drop-shipped from other locations. Depending on your location, you could receive your items within 1 to 6 business days at the regular ground rate (UPS now has a "Ground" rate to Alaska and Hawaii). Why aren't the images displaying or displaying incorrectly?
The computer you are using may not allow images to display. Check the internet settings. Some images may not appear correctly because of the many different monitor configurations and resolutions. If an enlarged image window appears partially off the screen, click and drag the bar at the top of the window to the center of the screen.
What if I get an error message?
Check to see if you have entered all the required information in the proper format. If you do not find any entry errors, please close out your order if necessary and either re-enter it or or call us at 800-624-5530 to place your order.
